Great Customer Service..  I was traveling out of town and had to get an old movie converted to a USB so that my 94 yr old mother could enjoy the memories. I can’t express enough how thankful I am! He was able to help me transfers my baby video something that is so sentimental for me onto a drive & even put it on a google drive. I called a couple places none answered only HS Media Solutions & not only that he waited for me to show up the same day to help me! Harold was able to transfer the audio from 2 40-year-old cassette tapes onto a USB. One of the tapes had even been damaged by a cassette player, and he was able to splice it back together. The recordings were of my dad singing. He passed away over 30 years ago. My siblings and I are incredibly grateful to hear his voice again. Thank you, Harold! I found HB Media Solutions through a google search. I wanted them to digitize my Father's travel slides. Harold and John were very responsive and explained the process and my options in detail. Throughout the process they kept me informed of their progress and completed the project quickly. The quality of the finished product was excellent considering the slides were almost 50 years old. My 96 year old Father will be amazed that so many boxes of slides can all fit on one thumb drive to be shared for generations to come! Thanks Harold and John.
